Hi There, 

Could anyone tell me if the first form on the list of application form on this page is the right one to apply for a non o visa in Vientiane ? [members only]/ 

And if yes, can I print it myself and apply with it ?

the paper they use is thinner thats how they know its not "thier" one.

Don't bother, they will make you fill in the exact same one again when you get there. Twice I've been sent back because of this (it was 100% identical)
