For the déclaration at question 3, I think I download and sign alright the form, but I can no more open it to verify, so if I can 't open it, at the ambassy, I' m afraid they can not open either ?
Or the question 4 : I download my first réservation for one night in Bangkok but of course, I have other réservation in Koh Chang and I can not send it. Is it not a problem ?
At question 9,they ask for a document that can "verify my current residency ". What document are they asking for ?? The passport must be pictured for the next question
