- visa application ( request at the Royal Thai Consulate-General Loading from the State Department or the stars dozen on the Download the App. ).
- Original passport with copy
- 2 x 3 cm photos
- Copy of marriage certificate with original
- A copy of house registration of spouse
- A copy of ID card of spouse
- A copy of the spouse's passport.
- A copy of the birth certificate of a minor (In case of minor)
- A copy of house registration of a minor (in case of a minor)
- Fee 2,000 Baht / 3 months

Car park on left just before Thai border . 250 baht from 0700 Monday to 1600 Tuesday. Bus ticket to left of passport control Thai side . Laos arrival form slightly different to the download form from Laos web link .
Return bus ticket office just thru passport control Laos side .
Van from Laos border to Thai consulate 200 baht for the two of us ( bus had left )
Thai consulate to Laos border 100 a head by tuk tuk .

ORIGINAL POSTEROh yes bloke over the road opposite the consulate does photocopies 5 baht a sheet . Also offers to fill in the visa form with typed text if your handwriting poor .

Just the original rose bordered marriage certificate
copies of

her house book listing
the data page of your passport
You sign any copy with your name on it she signs anything with her name on it (meaning you BOTH sign the copies of the marriage certificate) .
Those things, your passport, two photos and the money gets you the visa
