I’m new to the Thai visa process and recently applied for the Non-OA visa. While rereading the requirements for the LTR Visa: Wealthy Pensioners, I noticed that I may qualify. Is it possible and advisable to apply for multiple visas? The LTR visa is processed through Bangkok instead of the Thai embassy in the US, which is my case. Can I apply for the LTR Visa while residing in Thailand, or should I apply before leaving the US? It seems that either way is possible.
Is there any harm in applying for the LTR Visa, even if things don’t work out?

Hi guys and apologise if someone has asked this already. Do you know if you can switch visas from work permit to DTV? And if so, is it still required to leave the country? Thanks!
Is it possible to switch from a Non-B as a company owner to a DTV after dissolution of company? If so, should I apply while in the country or leave for a determined amount of time and apply while outside of the country?
Hi guys. I'm 45, from the UK and currently on a marriage visa. Thing is every year lots of paperwork and someone from immigration coming to the house and taking pictures. Was thinking a trip to say Vietnam, soft power Muay Thai option and get the DTV visa. Then read you can't get the DTV if you already have a visa. This true? If so how would I go about this please?
Hey all on Non O Retirement but got married btwn Visa's and want to switch to Married Visa next round. Seems every site has conflicting advise. Anyone done it recently and steps to take. Cheers Kirky
I've searched FB, this page, and the Internet on information about shifting away and back again to a Thai retirement visa. Someone told me a couple years ago that once you switch from a retirement visa to anything else, you can never get another retirement visa later on. Is this true? Say I want to switch to an educational visa, or I get a job, or I want to do a start-up. Where can I go for more information? TIA for any info.
