I moved house and did a new TM.30. Does that mean my next 90 day report schedule restarts? (90 days from now) or do i stick to the old schedule?

TLDR : Answer Summary
When you move and file a new TM.30, your 90-day reporting schedule does not restart. You continue with the original schedule unless you leave the country. The 90-day report is based on the duration of your stay in Thailand, regardless of address changes. The schedule only resets if you exit Thailand, although some immigration offices may issue a new report receipt under specific circumstances.

A 90 day report is for 90 consecutive days in country, whether you stay at the same address or move around Thailand and stay at a dozen different addresses, you still have to report. The only time it resets is when you leave the country and resets to day 1 the day you return. A caveat to that is when SOME immigration offices issue a new 1 year extension and give you a new report receipt and this restarts your 90 days. But NOTE, this is more the exception than the rule and only some IO's do this.
