I moved house and did a new TM.30. Does that mean my next 90 day report schedule restarts? (90 days from now) or do i stick to the old schedule?

TLDR : Answer Summary
When you move to a new address in Thailand and file a new TM.30, it does not restart your 90-day reporting schedule. The 90-day report is based on your time in the country, and it only resets if you leave Thailand and return. Regardless of how many times you move within Thailand, your reporting schedule remains the same unless you depart the country.

A 90 day report is for 90 consecutive days in country, whether you stay at the same address or move around Thailand and stay at a dozen different addresses, you still have to report. The only time it resets is when you leave the country and resets to day 1 the day you return. A caveat to that is when SOME immigration offices issue a new 1 year extension and give you a new report receipt and this restarts your 90 days. But NOTE, this is more the exception than the rule and only some IO's do this.
