Is the TM30 form required each time 90 days are reported?
Or just the first time after registering TM30?
Thanks.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The TM30 form is not required for every 90-day reporting as long as your address has not changed since your last TM30 submission. You only need to file a new TM30 if you change addresses or when returning to Thailand from abroad with a new visa. Always carry the TM30 receipt as proof of registration.

I had to go pattaya immigration to do 90 day in person yesterday as had new passport and online did not work due to that. Not a word about tm30. Did not have anything in New passport about tm30 either as done online before when old passport in use still.
Also when you've got a new visa. I haven't changed the address but came back from overseas with new O-A visa. Phuket immigration insisted on new TM30 before 90 day reporting.
Right, when returning from outside the country MOST offices require you file a new TM30 even if the address is the same. So few people are leaving and comin' back in right now I didn't mention it.
