Hello, if I have a non-O annual visa in an old passport and made a new passport, I bring both passports to the entry and then have to go to immigration and transfer the annual visa to the new passport, or does that also make the Thai embassy in Berlin ?

TLDR : Answer Summary
If you have a Non-O annual visa in an old passport and have obtained a new passport, you are required to bring both passports to immigration upon entry to Thailand to transfer the visa to the new passport. It is not possible to complete this procedure at the Thai embassy in Berlin.
