Hello people, applying for nonO ,a couple of questions 1, when applying can you delete your account numbers (bank statements)?or is it safe to leave in going through the embassy?

2, how many times can you come and Go on the Visa if you leave country before 90 days with a re entry stamp,? Kapuncap ๐Ÿ™

TLDR : Answer Summary
When applying for a Non-O visa, it's possible to redact bank account numbers on your bank statements as long as your name remains visible. However, be aware that some consulates may request the full account details if needed. Regarding re-entry during the 90-day validity of a Non-O visa, this visa is typically a single entry. If you leave Thailand within the 90 days and wish to return, you must purchase a re-entry permit, costing 1000 baht for a single re-entry or 3800 baht for multiple re-entries. Note that obtaining a re-entry permit does not extend your original 90-day stamp; upon re-entry, you will only be allowed to stay until the original stamp expires.

You can redact them as long as your name is there BUT if they need the copies with the account number they'll send you a request for more documentation. Some consulates are okay with you doing it and some are not

As far as once you get a 90 day Non-O visa, it's a single entry, you're stamped in for 90 days, if you need to leave/come back during that 90 days you'd buy a re-entry permit either at the immigration office where you live or at the airport when you fly out.

You can do it as much as you want (single re-entry is 1000baht multiple re-entry is 3800baht)

Remember though having a re-entry permit doesn't add time to your existing stamp, when you come back in you'd get stamped until the expiration of the original 90 day entry stamp

Colin Mcdougall keep in mind if you show up on a 90-day non-o you don't have a lot of time to get your ducks in a row and get the money in the bank because the funds have to be seasoned for 2 months before you can apply for the extension

so that gives you 30 days of that 90-day stamp that you get when you come in to find a bank bank the money and then let the funds sit for 2 months so you can apply for the extension
