Hi, I have a question. I am sending my passport to Bangkok to get it renewed since I am out of pages. If I do not get my current passport back before my stamp runs out - what do I do in terms of immigration? Thank you!

Hello, just so happy I got my non OA based on retirement.... One quick question though, when does start my one year period?

When I enter Thailand (in September) or when the visa was issued (1st of July)?

Second quick question... When should I renew? 1 month before the end of one year stay or less?

Thank you so much for the always great information...

How many days before the 60 days is up can you extend a SETV? And will the 30 days be added on to the date you go for the extension or from the end of the 60 days? I'm in Trat if that makes a difference. Thanks

Urgent question:

Husband has Work Permit and had Non B visa. Went to immigration got 1 month extension under consideration (the time they need to check the docs) The 1 month finished today. HR say they called Immigration and that in Bangkok they have not finished checking the docs yet?!

So he is not getting his 1 year extension today...but no problem. They tale care.

How is that not a problem?

Should he not get another stamp for "longer" checking ? As per his Passport he is only allowed to stay until today. What now?!

Should he go to Immigration now.
