Is staying at a friend's condo in Thailand enough proof of accommodation when entering on a visa-exempt entry?

I'm coming into Thailand next month visa exempt. I have 2 of the 3 proofs. 20000 baht in cash and proof of onward travel. I will be staying at a friend's condo, so I don't have any kind of hotel booking if they ask for it. If asked, is the explanation that I'll be staying at a friend's condo sufficient?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is entering Thailand visa-exempt and has two out of three required proofs: 20,000 baht in cash and proof of onward travel. They are concerned whether explaining that they will stay at a friend's condo, without a hotel booking, will be sufficient if questioned by immigration.
