TLDR : Answer Summary
If you have overstayed your visa in Thailand by 3 days with a multiple re-entry visa, you can expect to pay a fine of 500 THB per day at the airport. Having a flight ticket back home is generally helpful, as you can show proof of your departure. Ensure you arrive early to address any immigration concerns, and remember to cancel your work permit if applicable.

Don't forget to cancel your work permit before you leave.

i always thought you were free for 7 days in IDC after they wrongly accused you stealing inside the King Power shops
you can spend them at certain outlets or in Central shopping, Pattaya

I think they give points now on a One card for overstay payments.

If you get to the airport, you only pay the 3 days overstay, 500 Thb a day. Get a stamp in your passport. Not sure if a flyback ticket helps or even what it means. Do not expect cake and coffee in the overstay office, the could be not that nice.

Show up early enough to have time to deal with Immigration, if on time you can fly home.
