TLDR : Answer Summary
The original poster is concerned about potential issues re-entering Thailand after having overstayed their visa by a few days in 2016. Comments from other users indicate that it's unlikely to cause problems, as long as the overstay was minor and fines were paid. Travelers are advised to be prepared with documents such as a return ticket, cash (20,000 THB), and proof of accommodation to ensure a smooth entry.

You should be πŸ‘Œ OK.

Just be prepared if asked to show 20,000 Thai baht or equal in CASH, your return or departure ticket out of Thailand, and your initial booking address in Thailand.

Enjoy your stayπŸ˜ƒ

That's long time ago. Upon arrival have a flight ticket out of Thailand and 20k THB worth of cash. You'll be fine.
