What are the implications of not filing a 90-day report as a DTV holder in Thailand if I travel frequently?

Any DTV holders never filed a 90-day report? Im on a DTV living with my fiance' right now, I setup the TM30 online account under her name and always file it when I get into the country myself. But, we travel so much I'm never in-country for a full 90 days, and I don't see a scenario where I ever will be. Any chance this would trigger anything? Lots of TM30s but no 90-day reporting?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The question discusses whether holders of the Digital Nomad Visa (DTV) in Thailand are required to file the 90-day report if they are frequently traveling and not in the country for a full 90 days at a time. Responses indicate that if a person does not remain in Thailand for 90 consecutive days, they are not required to submit a 90-day report. Some users share their experiences of not filing a report for years due to frequent travels without facing issues.

Wouldn’t it be convenient if you could stay at a hotel for just one night, and when they perform their standard reporting, that alone would be sufficient?

When working here I went years without ever doing a 90 Day Report as travelled on business. No problems at all. Many others in the office the same.

If you're not in the country for 90 consecutive days then you don't need to/can't file a 90 day report
