TLDR : Answer Summary
To obtain a proof of residency certificate in Bangkok, you need to have a long-term Extension of Stay and have completed at least one 90-day reporting while in Thailand. Alternatively, you can get this certificate from your Embassy.
90 DAY REPORTING RESOURCES / SERVICES
  • Use the trusted Thailand 90 Day Reporting Serviceto get your in-person report done and mailed to you for as low as 375 THB (even if the online system doesn't work for you).
  • For immediate assistance, contact Thai Visa Centre directly via LINE at @ThaiVisaCentre or Email them.
  • Join the Thai Visa Advice Facebook Group to ask your questions, and get advice from others.

In Bangkok you only get them if you stay on long term Extension of Stay and did at least 1 time the 90 day inside Thailand report.

Alternative is your Embassy.
