What is current list of required documents to extend my non-O based on marriage? Seems I forget something every year. I made a list last year and can’t find it 🤣

TLDR : Answer Summary
To extend a non-O visa based on marriage in Thailand, the required documents can vary by immigration office. However, a comprehensive list that may be requested includes: 1) copies of your passport and all visa pages, 2) copies of your spouse's ID and household registration (Kor Ror 2), 3) a letter proving your relationship (Ror 2) and marriage, 4) a bank statement showing a minimum balance of 400,000 THB (for at least two months), 5) a letter from the bank confirming your account balance, 6) proof of income or pension, 7) recent photos of your home (including living spaces), 8) a letter addressing your financial status, 9) witness documents, and 10) possibly additional documents specified by your local immigration office. It's advised to make copies of all documents and check with your specific immigration office for any unique requirements.

There is no list. Every office has their own requirements and they change from year to year sometimes. Every year you need to go to your immigration office and ask them for an updated list.
in Phuket the “very nice and helpful people” at immigration insist on the bank letter being made that same day that you apply!
So now I have to queue at the bank first thing as they open and then drive for an hour+ in the crazy busy traffic and then queue again mid-morning (rather then first thing) at the “nice helpful” immigration office hoping they won’t think of something else for me to go get to make my day “more pleasant”
🤣🤷♂️
