TLDR : Answer Summary
To extend your NON-O visa based on marriage for 60 days in Thailand, you will need to provide proof of marriage, copies of your passport's main page, a couple of passport-size photos, and sometimes your wife's ID and house book. It's recommended for your wife to accompany you for the application, as some immigration offices may require her presence for signing forms. Keep in mind that a 3-month extension is not available, and you can either opt for a 60-day extension or a 1-year extension with financial requirements.

You have 2 options. It is the 60 day Extension of Stay based on visiting your wife without financial requirements or the 1 year Extension of Stay based on marriage with financial requirements. There is no Extension for 3 months.

60 day extention, just proof of marriage and the usual photo copies of passport main page and a couple of passport size photos. The wife needs to go too with her ID and housebook.
