In a few weeks I am going to renew my Non-O (Thai Spouse) visa. I just want to confirm here what documents are needed, as I do not entirely trust the immigration website.

TLDR : Answer Summary
To renew your Non-O (Thai Spouse) visa, the required documents may vary slightly based on the immigration office location. However, common requirements include: a bank letter dated within the last 7 days, an updated bank book, a 6-month transaction history, photos of you and your spouse at your residence, a recent marriage certificate (Kor Ror 2), a Kor Ror 3 marriage certificate, a hand-drawn map to your house, your most recent 90-day report receipt, TM30 receipt, lease agreement, your spouse’s ID card and house book, and completed TM7 form with a passport photo and fees. Always confirm specific requirements with the office where you will apply.

We can explain the scheme of the requirements but the exact list of documents differs from immigration to immigration. 1) You will have to prove you have the money - one way or another also depending on your Embassy. 2) You will have to prove your marriage is still valid with a document from the local Ampour, 3) You will have to document your right to stay where you stay with a document from your house lord. 4) Some pictures of you and your wife at your house, 5) A handwritten road map to your house, 6) More...

bank letter (usually dated within 7 days)

updated bank book the date you apply,

6 month detail transaction history (that most banks can print while you're there),

photos of you and your wife standing in front of the address numbers of where you stay,

couple photos of you and your wife sitting inside the house,

updated Kor Ror 2 marriage certificate (if it is older than a year which you can get at the local amphur)

Kor Ror 3 rose bordered marriage certificate,

hand drawn map to your house,

most recent 90 day report receipt,

TM30 receipt,

lease,

thai wifes i/d card & house book listing.

Filled out TM7 wtih a passport photo on it & 1900baht

And that is the stuff I just remembered off the top of my head for BANGKOK.
