What documents are required for a 1 year extension of stay for a Non-O visa based on marriage in Thailand?
Hi all, Does anyone have a list of documents required for getting the 1 year extension of stay for non O (based on marriage) processed at Changwattana?

1. Copy of bank statements x THB 400k with a local bank min 2 months in the bank before application or letter of income min THB 40k from your embassy in Thai with no more than 6 months validity.
2. Copy of your passport showing non O sticker, entry stamps etc.
3. Copy of TM.6 departure card
4. Copy of your wife ID card, tabian baan, house map, birth certificate of your child if any, marriage certificate. (Original copies to be shown on the day so please bring along.
5. Application form which you can download online to fill up beforehand.
