Yearly extension non o based on marriage @Chaengwattana:

I'd like to post the detailed list of all the paperwork they have requested me for, because its way longer than the list they hand you at CW.

Thanks to this group I've successfully obtained my yearly extension based on marriage at chaengwattana yesterday 3/2/20

From Foreigner Husband:

-Original passport + Copy data page, visa page, entry stamp

-Tm6 original + Copy

-Tm30 original + Copy

-Tm 7

-Bank statement showing minimum of 400k on it from at least 2 months

-Bank letter certifying your statement

-Bank book original + copy

(Last three points easily done in CW since they know exactly what you need, cost 200thb-kasikorn-)

IF RENTING CONDO

-Home lease original + copy

-Copy of signed Landlord tabien baan

-Copy of signed Condo tabien baan

-Copy of signed Condo DBD(document that certifies that your landlord owns the condo)

-Marriage certificates original + copy

-2pictures of you and your wife in the house you leave in, 1 picture outside your house door clearly showing the number of your condo, 1 picture outside the building clearly showing the name and civic number, pictures must be placed on 2 A4 sized papers (I placed them all on 1 paper and the officer made me remove them and place them on 2 different papers)

-1900thb

FROM YOUR WIFE

-ID original + copy

-blue book

She must be with you

Every copy must be signed.

Then about a month later when you'll go collect, all you need will be:

-Passport

-Updated bank book to the same day original + copy (you must still have minimum of 400k)

-Updated bank statement to the same day proving you still have minimum of 400k

- Payment certificate given to you when applying

I hope it can help, thankfully I was well advised by someone that applied few days before me, or if I just followed their list I was going to miss few documents.
