Non-Immigrant – O Visa Checklist - Sisaket Immigration, 24 June 2019

1 Year Extension of Stay Based on marriage to Thai Citizen

Two Copies of each item required - Wife required to be present

1. Visa Application Form TM-7 - Not Needed. Complete at Immigration

FYI Available at [members only]

2. Passport Photos 2

3. Passport Copies – all used Pages and front info page

4. Departure card copies - Front and Back

5. Spouse ID card copy – Front and Back

6. Marriage Certificate copy – Front (Back not required)

7. Marriage Confirmation Form ORIGINAL from Amphur

8. House Book for Spouse if different from applicant.

(i.e. you both reside in rental home and she

is listed in her family house book at a different location.)

9. Thailand Home location Map copy with Full mailing address and telephone numbers

10. House book copy for location where Applicant resides ( i.e. rental or owned home)

11. Rental agreement copy for rented residence if applicable. Signed By Owner

12. If applicable, Rental Home Owners ID Card copy. Signed

13. Photographs Color

a. Exterior of home Showing House Number

b. Applicant and Spouse in front of Home exterior Showing House Number

c. Applicant and Spouse inside Home

14. Proof of income 40,000 Per month 12 months OR……

On Deposit at Bank = 400,000 baht for 2 months prior to application

and 20 Days after application

Bank Statement showing deposit amount and date,

Signed and stamped by Bank Manager

ATM Balance slip same day as application
