Hello! I need some advice. I already have my Tourist VISA and COE to come to Bangkok from the USA on July 21st. Should I change my flight to go to Phuket to avoid the quarantine requirements? It doesn't matter where I am in Thailand because I will be working online. How would I go about doing that? Thanks!

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is seeking advice on changing their flight from Bangkok to Phuket to avoid quarantine limitations upon arrival in Thailand. They already possess a Tourist Visa and a Certificate of Entry (COE) for travel on July 21st. The user expresses flexibility in location as they plan to work online, prompting questions about the process of changing their travel arrangements.
Should you? That's entirely up to you. If your COE is already issued then you've already booked an ASQ in Bangkok. Is it refundable? Is your flight to Bangkok refundable?
Changing the COE is easy, just email the embassy. You'll probably need to apply for a new one.
