I arrived in Bangkok on April 1st and there is no questions about if I was vaccinated or not I gone out of immigration to the hotel and they are Using old regulations I have to stay there for 16 days they didn't even recognize the change to 10 day quarantine for Everybody.

But since I had both Vaccines, I should be able to get a 7 day quarantine but everybody's playing dumb about this.

Does anybody know how to get a 07 day quarantine?

Did you mention the vaccination on your COE?

Have you got the second shot no less than 14 days before flying?
