Has anyone received a COE from London embassy for 7 days quarantine ,? If so how did you prove vaccination status ? The information they are asking for is just not being provided to you when you are vaccinated in the UK my proof is a little card with some but not all information on it

TLDR : Answer Summary
The conversation revolves around obtaining a Confirmation of Entry (COE) for a 7-day quarantine in Thailand, specifically for travelers departing from the UK. Users share their challenges in proving their vaccination status due to the limited information provided on their vaccination cards. Suggestions include uploading what is available on the vaccination card and using the myGP app to access a more comprehensive vaccination record. Participants also discuss the uncertainty of quarantine duration upon arrival in Thailand and recommend planning for 10 days as a precaution.
The final decision on 7 or 10 days quarentine is not made until you arrive in Thailand. My advice would be plan on 10 days and if your quarentine documents are sufficient then 7 days is a bonus.
Might be worth registering with the myGP app to access your NHS records. It has a new feature called myGP TICKet which will display your 2 dose vaccination status if your GP practice has enabled this. It will also have your full name, dob, NHS number etc. This might be more official looking to present at Bangkok rather than a small hand written card
I suspect our great UK government, hasn't worked out a plan yet regarding..like the mandatory 2 covid test upon arrival to UK, many people haven't had their test kits sent to them..I'm sure it work out eventually a plan that works...just give them some time, due to usual cock ups...
Agreed but the embassy website says it needs to state nationality and DOB and passport number , so the question is can you then apply twice if they dont approve for 7 days as i can only come form 30 days each additional day of quarantine lessens the pleasurable part of the trip
