TLDR : Answer Summary
When transferring visa extension stamps from an old passport to a new one in Thailand, most responses indicate that there is usually no fee involved. However, experiences vary, with some individuals noting that a small fee (around 500 baht) may be charged in certain cases. Generally, it seems that the process is free but it's advisable to be prepared for potential charges.
