Do I need to notify my address again for TM30 if I stayed at a hotel in Bangkok for 2 nights?

Hello everybody,

I’m very sorry for yet another TM30 question.

I’m living in Bangkok and my landlord filed the TM30 for me. I didn’t leave the country nor did I travel to another province. However, I stayed inside Bangkok at a hotel for 2 nights.

I looked at the immigration website and their little “how to do it”- poster says you only have to notify if you travel to a different province for more than 24 hours.

Does this mean I don’t have to notify my address again even though I stayed at a hotel in Bangkok?

I’m super confused because everyone I ask gives different information.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user seeks clarification on the TM30 reporting requirements after staying at a hotel in Bangkok for 2 nights, noting that their landlord already filed the TM30. They are uncertain if they need to notify their residence status again despite not traveling to a different province.
