Do I need to file a new TM30 every time I re-enter Thailand if registered at my Thai wife's household?

So how does it work if you have a usufruct agreement and you have a house built on the land and registered in your (farang) name who issues the TM30 yourself or the land owner?

it depends on your Immigration. I got a yellow housebook and pink ID-card, my Immigration wants me to report back for a new TM30 every time I return from abroad. I however would have stayed a few nights in a hotel in Bangkok coming from abroad, before I return to my Isaan address, which means the hotel's TM30 will overwrite my existing TM30 from before. So it is quire understandable why they want me to report back

I have yellow book and pink Thai ID never had any problems not having TM30 when re entering. 90 day report starts day entered Thailand.

been living in the same house with my wife. In 3 years never filed a TM30. I fly in and out 2 times a month on average- just not practical
