Hi! I visit Bangkok next week. I plan to stay at my condo for 12 days. Do I need to submit TM30 for myself?

I'm confused about TM30 because it seems to me it is intended for registering the foreigner guests who stay at my condo. But I am the condo owner and have the blue book.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The TM30 reporting requirement typically applies to landlords or property owners when foreign guests stay at their property. Since you are the condo owner and will be staying at your own unit for 12 days, you do not need to submit a TM30 for yourself. The TM30 is intended for reporting foreign visitors staying at a home, not for the homeowners themselves.
