TM30 - is this still required?
The 90-day online reporting does not ask for the TM.6, so will they catch you if you don't do TM30 (after returning overseas), and just do the 90-day?
Cheers
TLDR : Answer Summary
The TM30 form is legally required to be filed by your landlord within 24 hours of arrival in Thailand. However, while compliance is necessary, actual enforcement may vary. Some expats report that if no interaction with immigration occurs, they may not face penalties for not filing TM30 upon returning, especially if filing a 90-day report online. It is generally advisable to check with the local immigration office for the latest requirements, as practices may differ across locations.
