Yes your right it used to amaze me that friends and relatives and sometimes unknown's would just jump on the bike and shoot to the shops returning with empty tanks mostly 😄

I lived in a village house and we never locked the door the house was open the whole day. Just have to take your shoes off. Mind you we did put the bikes in the house at night.

Also my mate an Englishman had to pay 1000 gbp its all he could afford.

I reckon that's why there are so many single women because I actually have a Thai friend who has to pay 300,000 baht dowry to marry his girlfriend. His family actually took out an insurance ready for this day.

When you marry a Thai girlfriend you marry their family and are expected to help out. You may even have to pay a dowry which is still the custom in some parts of Thailand

Before riding a taxi ask the price first. Be aware of the laws and you will be ok. The biggest scams are made by the Thai ladies from my experience.

Yes good advice but my way he knows exactly what he has to do without shopping around and may well end up with the same requirements if he does. The branch was in Phang Khon .....Sakon Nakhon
