Yeah I guess leaving Thailand by land is not necessary the problem. I don't think the cambodian immigration is really checking the exit stamp from Thailand.

I would love that but I doubt it. And you can't even go back to Thailand unless you do the whole paperwork again. Would only work if you go home to your country after visiting the neighbouring country.
