No I am not. And I am a swiss citizen. So I can go on visa exempt anyway. But I was just curious. Many countries between Costa Rica and Chile. So I was wondering if there is no consulate or embassy like in Brasil or Colombia.

I can't find anything on Google. So if you don't know no problem. I just thought maybe you know
