on this page it says they cannot provide a -Statutory declaration to support your educational visa extension in Thailand. Does this mean I cannot obtain the letter I was hoping for?

The problem is I cant go to immigration myself tomorrow as I would need to fly to Bangkok tomorrow at 6am. They told me they have phone them twice to check what I need and they said I need this document. Do you think I should wait another day and check for myself? Thanks
