Has anyone who applied through the Los Angeles USA consulate been asked to show tax documents or was the single bank statement sufficient? TIA!

and when we do the extensions do we have to show the same bank document or we have to request a new notarized statement each time?

Anyone know if the Los Angeles consulate ask for any secondary proof of bank statements or just an account balance is enough? I’ve read the requirements on the website but am wondering if anyone’s been asked to show additional documentation. Do you also have to show proof of a flight out of Thailand? I’m planning to fly home for 1 month to apply and want to time my flights right. TIA!

Is my contract between me and my long term client enough? It has her company logo at the top, the scope of work/agreement and both our signatures at the bottom. Will this work or is there something more specific needed?
