I’m American and will be applying to the Los Angeles consulate. Does anyone know if they need the original bank statement or is a copy sufficient? How is this verified?

Is my contract between me and my long term client enough? It has her company logo at the top, the scope of work/agreement and both our signatures at the bottom. Will this work or is there something more specific needed?
