just read through it. Doesn’t look like they asked to provide an employment contract to yourself… I’ve provided my articles, operating agreements and tax returns but they are still still asking for an employment contract to myself but I don’t pay myself a salary based on my CPA’s tax recommendation…. So I just wrote a very simple employment letter confirming my title as CEO based on being a single-member LLC

I’m my own business owner so I never needed to draft an employment contract per my CPA instruction I don’t want to be legally W2 employee of my own company for tax purposes…

I already provided proof of sole ownership through my operating agreement but I guess I’ll just write a letter to reconfirm… seems redundant 😅
