hey Tod! Thanks for your response. I have a Non-ImmB and need to do the visa extension so I can stay for the year. My school has been slow to process the paperwork and I’m wondering if I will have to pay for overstay. But if you say the paperwork is completed before July 31st, which it will be, am I correct in understanding I do NOT have to pay for overstay?

it was a 6 month actually. My paperwork is being switched from a learning center to my school, so I have to start the process over again

Also, does anyone know if it’s possible for me to hang out in a country for a couple days after getting my visa issued? Or do I need to go straight back to thailand?
