How can my husband obtain a re-entry permit for his non-O guardian visa in Thailand?

We got our re entry permit last December at the airport. You just need to get to the airport early to make sure you dont miss the boarding time. At the passport control, there is a counter at the left side for that. It takes about 15 minutes or less. After you get your re entry permit you can now go to the passport control side. We photo copied our passports ahead of time and provided our own photos so it was quick and paid only 1000 baht per person.
