After reaching out to the consulate, they shared in Thai what I can message to my school to help explain what the license/registration document is. I’ll share below what they sent to me. Hopefully this can help anyone having the same issue as me.
Also, I’ve noticed that the Immigration Bureau in Thailand, where I’d change my Tourist Visa to a Non-Immigrant B Visa if I was already in Thailand, does not list a requirement for a school/university license or registration for government schools. The Bureau only lists the license or registration requirement for a private school/university. However, since I’m applying through the E-Visa website, the requirement for a school/university license or registration is required regardless of the type of school or university.
Yes. I’ve already signed a contract. My school is in a rural area and they don’t hire foreign teachers often. They have been very helpful preparing documents for me for my Non-Immigrant B Visa, but they are not sure what the school license or registration document is. That’s why I wasn’t sure if government schools don’t have this type of document or if the document is called something else other than registration or license.
