Thanks Mr. Stuart for a detailed info. I have her permission note, attested by Minisrty of Forigen Affair of Thailand. I got this when I took my son here in India. But never asked by Thai Immigration and as well Indian Immigration or airlines. I think (or do you advise) that permission letter of 'go or come back' will fine when I will come to Thailand in near future ? Thanks
But not even registered marriage. My name is in my son's birth certificate and he is living with me about 5 years here in India. Do I need his Thai mother permission to visit my son's home country (Thailand) with me ?
