I tried to use the right terminology but sometimes people make mistakes. They already had a visa extension in-country which is why they are doing a border bounce.

I should have been clearer - CMX does require this, I just wasn't sure if I had to report to immigration in person or if it's okay for my condo to register a new TM30 upon return.
