When you say "get an extension" what do you mean by that? I only know about tourist visa extensions, not sure what it has to do with NON-O ?

you say "to hand in your change of applocation " is that TM30 you talking about ? I've been there recently and only saw information on TM30 and Residence certificate.

Did you do all the submission, and document check on the 1st or 2nd floor ?
