you will need the documents from her company to support the non O for you, just paper work but you will not be able to have it in the same time... ( correct me if iam wrong)

my previous non O was supported by the company i was working for (almost 4 years) but they said i cant extend this one as its used and if i want to extend its only 7 days as i cant show the 400k for 2 months in bank account... well not a big deal to go out make a new 90 days then make the extension later, just if someone had a solution for the 400k it would be easier and dont need to leave to make a new one...

Dear Tod, Glad u here too... :) well i have to renew my non O (thai Wife) immigration told me i have to make a new one abroad as it cant be renewed ... So my previous was supported by my employer. My concern is for the moment as i didnt plan those change, the 400k is a prob for the moment... anyone have a way to get it or sorted ? cheers ( PS: i know 40k income will be enough but for the moment the online return is a bit under this ..)
