TLDR : Answer Summary
The community advises that you should still file your 90-day report as usual, even if it is due during the amnesty period. Filing late will not incur the usual fine, but it is recommended to file within the allowed timeframe of 15 days before to 7 days after your due date.

Even if you go late (because of the amnesty) you won't get the 2000baht failure to file fine, but just go do it like normal,

Remember you can file in person from 15 days before down until 7 days after your due date without being late.. ;)
