But im in a bit of a sticky situation while waiting,I been moving around to find a place to stay that has stable and good internet connection. Seem like an impossible challenge here.

The place I'm at, It was 40 Mbps when I test it. Now it drop to 5 Mbps. Is it really common to have bad internet in Phnom Penh?

This is my 3rd hotel in 5 days.

Also I'm using Smart Sim 4G. It also on and off, so I'm switching between wifi and data

what site do i use. is it a cambodia DTV site or is there a 1 for all site
