no problem, just suggested what a Moderator might tell you.

ask in your own post, not in someone else's post which is a subject completely unrelated to what you're asking

@Darin *******
are you 100% sure that you can LEGALLY do that, or are you just assuming that because you've heard reports that some do it? I think you'll find it's not legal.

it's a bit like saying that an Australian can't get the Aged Pension while living overseas isn't it?

@Stuart ********
ok, I wondered about the second one because of it being the day it would be required, but DTV holders would have to leave Thailand on that 180th day at the latest and Immigration would be stamping them out

I doubt that you would have to do a second 90 day Report on any entry, as you'll have to leave the country on the 180th day at the latest.
@Stuart ********
or another Moderator would likely be able to clarify that.

love that response. I'm sure that Australia wouldn't allow a convicted criminal to be a politician, nevermind allow them to be the leader of a political party.

yeah, my questions to Stuart were based on marriage, as was the OP, so besides the monetary requirements in the link you provided being different, other requirements possibly are also. Province where I would be living is Nakhon Sawan, so assuming it's only Jomtien that's different, seasoning isn't required as Stuart said.
