Roland from what my friends says immigration in phuket when you go for extension they require all papers. So general advice is to do border tun.

Yes i give them copy of my accommodation contract. Embassy send all requirements thru email

2. medical records + document prove follow up visit

3. accommodation contract (I have yearly contract)

4. visa application form

5. 2 photos 3,5x4,5cm

6. copy of my passport image page

7. copy of my filipino visa

8. copy of my filipino visa extension
