There are travel warnings to Risk areas advising people not travel unless necessary..

They do not say you cannot travel out of the Schengen area. That remains the decision of each individual. That includes Germany

Even now there are dangerous viruses around.

Influenza is still deadly for example.

Thousands die every year.
