true, no issues at all. They didn't stamp me for overstay but they did staple the receipt to passport. Immigration officer said it was never an issue and jokes about it.

bull shit. I overstayed 5 days and received a fine of 2000 and they staple it in passport. No fucking stamp of over stay.

I didn't receive a stamp for 5 days . Just a small fine and it was 500 a day. It was only 2000 total. Experience trump's your oponion

not possible, Vietnam has electronic application. Takes to much time. Border run. But in reality they are not going to do anything for 3 days. No stamp just a fine of they wish to. I had over stay for week and immigration officer laughed and said they love making extra money. Paid a small fine no stamp. He said over stay is no serious under 30 days.

I never seen the 40k method by anyone before only seen the 0. I did look it up and I do see the . Never seen anyone use this method but it doesn't matter for most since so many embassy will not do the affidavit.
