Yes go back to his country and come back after 6 months. Otherwise, he will be rejected again.

Thailand immigration officers are really checking Bank Statements. Other documents are not that important. They only care about whether there is money in the bank. The bank statement must be authentic.

Don't apply currently. Even if you have all the documents, you should wait at least another 6 months before applying again. The embassy will never give a reason for the rejection. Three of my friends were also rejected in early March.

Of course brother. From the start of March, my colleagues' applications had been rejected. Most of applicants avoid Hanoi currently. But it is up to you and choose the embassy wisely.

You qualified the requirements of Visa Application. I would like you to suggest that don't apply in Hanoi so far. Because there are many rejected cases without solid reason. Go forward to Laos, Vientiane Embassy and you will get Visa during 3-5 working days.
