Yes, they were efficient and very courteous when I got my LTR visa recently in Bkk. I wasn't aware until I got the visa that it's a 5yr + 5yr visa. It's a mini application process after the first 5 years, need to supply evidence you continue to meet the relevant criteria. Also, the annual reporting requirement resets if you leave the country, many people will probably never need to do a report.

, yes Bkk. I tried credit card but they didn't accept. I did bank transfer using their QR code. The whole process was very efficient and took about 2 hours
