Apart from company and visa ….plus work permit

Take into account lawyer , some so called Thai partners 51% and measures , monthly accountant , 4 employees tax, and way many other things.

For 2 years I paid £9k, obviously I was scammed , but not many goes cheaper .

Unfortunately yes they change rules aș they wish , however your story is a new rule, or maybe a zealot employee full of hate towards farangs .

Move the money to a foreign account and transfer it to a new bank account at Krugsri , they won’t mess around about bank statement.
